This is the new designed 700mm PVC cone, we can fit the LED lights on top of the cone，Super-bright LED & active light,provides strong warning at night.
There is special lock system on top of the cone for the LED lights, easy to install and uninstall.
There are two weights for your choice, 3.1kg and 3.4kg.
